The legislative system is a complex and often inaccessible process through which our state makes big, impactful changes. Everyone deserves access to this process, and we believe that young people in particular must be a part of the decisions we make around education.

We created this hub to increase access, knowledge, and broader understanding about some of the education policies making their way through the Washington State Legislative Session. We strive to make bill language more understandable, provide relevant context, offer ideas on how to think critically about the proposals legislators are putting forth, and enable young people to engage in advocacy work. This is a growing, living resource hub that we hope to expand over the years. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have ideas, feedback, requests, or questions. Check back frequently for updates and additional resources. Please share far and wide.
